My relationship with my current accountant: My current accountant does not explain what all the numbers on the reports he/she gives me mean.
  I do get an explanation of what the numbers mean in theory, but I don’t know how they relate to my business.

Coddan will charge a fee of £100 per hour for consultation.

Initial consultation concerning starting up a new business in the UK will be free of charge. This will be done via telephone or via sending us an email and does not require any consultation requests.

purpose of initial consultation

The purpose of the initial consultation is to discuss your business activities and your objectives. If, after the initial consultation, you wish to retain Coddan as a consultant, and to receive professional legal advice and a solution tailored to your business needs, further charges will apply. We will also require that a written retention agreement be signed and that an advance payment be made.
